My sister bought a car this week!
Now we're a Geo family!
There was a septic issue at Jared's parents' rental property, so we spent most of our Sunday in the rain digging a trench. Don't worry, it's just mud on my boots :)
Puck was a glamour girl this week.
This bugleweed is taking over my front flower bed AND I LOVE IT.
This tiny azalea has never had this many blooms!
My Christmas cactus seemed to be confused.
Jared and I went on a date and I ate more shrimp fried rice than ever.
Have any of y'all heard of Newspaper Blackout? It is so much fun!
One of my students knitted this necklace for me. She says, "If anyone wants one, I'll sell it for no less than 50 cents and no more than 5 dollars." Kiely is hilarious. I created an entire outfit around it so I could wear it to church.
I'd like to add to this post a thought about the tragedies in Boston and in Texas: God is love. Love always wins, and even when all of these horrible things happen, we have to continue to believe that. Let's lift up the victims of both events in our prayers as well as pray that the bomber will be found in Boston. I cannot imagine what must be going through the minds of the people in that city as they police look for the suspect.
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33
I love y'all.
